What you will do

• Support packaging development with a focus on consumer-driven innovation and value engineering.
• Contribute to business-unit innovation and R&D strategy.
• Ensure packaging techniques align with corporate goals and policies.
• Coordinate with regulatory affairs on packaging regulations.
• Research technologies that can improve efficiency and contribute to resolving R&D issues.
• Develop packaging optimization and validation programs and report benchmark study results.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or fourth-year bachelor's student in food engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
