What you will do

• Supervise mechanical and electrical production activities across multiple workshops to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage a workforce of approximately 120 employees and develop front-line managers' leadership skills.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Optimize workshop layout, material flows, and information flows to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects (5S, SMED, waste reduction).
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to secure customer commitments.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing industrial production in mechanical and/or electrical environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing large teams (minimum 80 employees) in a manufacturing plant.
• Fluent French and Professional English (spoken and written).
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite at the Courcelles site.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini) for industrial process optimization.
