What you will do

• Partner with the Plant Manager and site leadership to develop and execute an annual Kaizen transformation roadmap aligned with site and regional goals.
• Embed Kaizen, Lean Principles, and the hirify.global Excellence System across the manufacturing site.
• Lead Kaizen workshops for high-volume and high-revenue product groups to improve flow and eliminate waste.
• Deliver training and mentorship for operators, Lean practitioners, and site leaders.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, employee engagement, and growth.
• Maintain standards through visual and daily management, track Kaizen action items, and support Hoshin planning through Kaizen Planner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• At least five years of manufacturing experience with leadership in Kaizen or continuous improvement.
• Minimum Green Belt certification.
• Experience with Gemba Kaizen, Value Stream Analysis, Visual and Daily Management, Hoshin Kanri, SMED, TPM, Standard Work Development, and 3P Layout.
• Ability to facilitate Kaizen events, lead cost reduction and process flow improvement initiatives, and provide strategic direction.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Industrial Engineering degree or major.
• Lean Master certification in TPS or Danaher Business System.
• Project management, Agile/SCALE, or PROSCI change management certification.
• Analytical experience with SPC, hypothesis testing, regression, and correlation analysis.
• Problem-solving experience with 5-Whys, 8D, or Shainin methods.
