Machining Tech II

Location: Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico — onsite, full time

What you will do

• Review shift dispatches, identify work orders, and prioritize materials and operator assignments.
• Read and communicate setup instructions, visual aids, process charts, drawings, alerts, and flow charts.
• Operate conventional milling machines, a conventional lathe, and equipment for secondary operations.
• Execute and coordinate machining work orders for products in production.
• Set up processes, inspect parts, and perform first-part and self-directed inspections.
• Operate and maintain machining equipment through MP2.

Requirements

• Technical or high school diploma.
• At least 2 years of experience in machining, tooling, or a similar position.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with at least two listed machines, including milling machines, conventional or CNC lathes, CNC routers, grinders, saws, drill presses, or machining tooling.
• Experience managing the Glovia system.
• Basic knowledge of pneumatics, electricity, electrical controls, and mechanical systems.
• Basic English required.
