What you will do

• Develop, industrialize, and sustainably stabilize injection molding and lasering processes.
• Define process requirements, parameters, specifications, and standards for new technologies.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk analyses, process validations, trial runs, and statistical evaluations.
• Support component design, tooling development, acquisition activities, and early project phases with process expertise.
• Prepare process documentation, validation plans, internal publications, and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and global working groups across Germany, Romania, China, and the Americas.

Requirements

• Professional background in injection molding engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience with injection molding and lasering.
• Knowledge of PLM Teamcenter, FMEA, Mold Flow, and injection molding tooling.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
