What you will do

• Develop and industrialize process technologies for injection molding and lasering according to SEP guidelines.
• Create technical documentation, including process data acquisition, validation plans, and mind maps.
• Conduct risk analysis, feasibility studies, and guide component design for process optimization.
• Support tooling development and define parameter sets for new manufacturing technologies.
• Collaborate with global working groups across Germany, Romania, China, and the Americas.
• Plan and conduct internal and external training on complex technical topics.

Requirements

• Degree in Injection Molding Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in injection molding and lasering processes.
• Proficiency in PLM Teamcenter, FMEA, and Mold Flow.
• Experience with injection molding tooling.
• English: Advanced level required.
• Location: Must be based in San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
