SVP Portfolio Strategy & Advisory, Occupier Services

Location: Remote from anywhere in the USA. Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Base salary: $200,000–$235,000 annually, plus an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the Portfolio Strategy & Advisory service line supporting occupier brokerage and client portfolio optimization.
• Originate and expand advisory engagements with prospective and existing brokerage clients.
• Lead multi-market portfolio assessments covering consolidation, expansion, optimization, location strategy, and site selection.
• Advise clients on corporate real estate organizational design, governance, team structures, and operating processes.
• Develop business cases, KPI frameworks, financial models, scenario analyses, and market assessments for executive decision-making.
• Manage and mentor portfolio strategy consultants and analysts while coordinating with consulting, brokerage, and other practice teams.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of experience in corporate real estate, consulting, portfolio strategy advisory, or a related field.
• At least 10 years leading a real estate or management consulting practice or equivalent multidisciplinary team.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, business, real estate, or a related field.
• Experience advising on complex multi-location, regional, national, or global occupier portfolios.
• Expertise in location strategy, site selection, portfolio optimization, organizational design, financial modeling, and incentives negotiation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, business intelligence platforms such as Power BI or Tableau, and experience with IWMS and CAFM systems.

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or MS.
• Training or familiarity with Lean Thinking or Six Sigma.
