Location: Hybrid role based in Boston or Houston, with 2–3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of complex commercial and strategy mandates across power and renewables markets.
• Take full accountability for project quality, from analytical rigor to final client recommendations.
• Act as a trusted commercial advisor to senior client teams and C-suite stakeholders.
• Manage project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and identifying opportunities for further engagement.
• Develop and coach junior colleagues, modeling high standards for problem-solving and consulting craft.
• Leverage internal data and expertise to provide commercially grounded insights on energy transition and price formation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in consulting and power/renewables markets.
• Proven track record of leading projects and teams.
• Strong consulting fundamentals including structured problem-solving and analytical rigor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; Master's or MBA preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work from Boston or Houston (hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience as a commercial advisor in power and renewables transactions.
• Financial modelling skills and familiarity with asset pro-forma models.
• Proficiency in Python and Agentic AI tool development.
