Sr. Value Consultant (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead value-based client engagements, including assessments, platform reviews, and outcome alignment sessions.
• Analyze platform usage, performance data, benchmarks, KPIs, and industry trends to develop actionable recommendations.
• Build value narratives connecting platform capabilities with client priorities, financial impact, and operational efficiency.
• Manage engagement scope, analyses, deliverables, presentations, and consultative discussions with client stakeholders.
• Support renewals, expansions, strategic account planning, adoption, and platform optimization.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Relationship Management while sharing client insights with internal product and go-to-market teams.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of progressive experience in value consulting, value engineering, management consulting, sales engineering, customer success, SaaS, fintech, or banking technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of financial institution operations, digital banking strategies, and technology-enabled business outcomes.
• Ability to translate complex data, product capabilities, and analytics into clear business recommendations.
• Experience leading client-facing workshops, presentations, and strategic discussions with mid- to senior-level stakeholders.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; employment sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in value engineering or value consulting for SaaS, fintech, or digital banking platforms.
• Experience with renewals, expansions, value-based selling, benchmarking, ROI modeling, or business case development.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or similar CRM, analytics, and presentation tools.
