What you will do

• Lead UX strategy and design for the redesign, re-platforming, and ongoing maintenance of three e-commerce sites.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs from concept through production.
• Develop and maintain a multi-site design system with reusable components, patterns, and documentation.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, content strategists, and business stakeholders to turn goals and user insights into intuitive, conversion-focused experiences.
• Integrate accessibility, responsive design, performance, and UX best practices into deliverables.
• Support implementation by providing UX direction, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring design fidelity and feasibility.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of UX design experience, including work with e-commerce, complex web applications, or multi-site ecosystems.
• Experience leading large-scale redesigns or platform migrations.
• Expertise in Figma and contemporary design and prototyping tools.
• Strong knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, usability heuristics, and responsive design.
• Experience building or contributing to design systems in CMS-driven environments.
• Exceptional communication skills, cross-functional influence, independence, and the ability to manage ambiguity.
