Senior Experience Designer – Web/IVA

Location: Chicago, Illinois, USA; eligible for hire in select U.S. locations

Salary: USD 78,280–113,000 per year

What you will do

• Own web and interactive visual aid projects from concept through delivery.
• Translate creative vision into high-quality, production-ready digital experiences.
• Design scalable experiences using systems, components, patterns, tokens, variables, and responsive behaviors.
• Balance brand expression, user experience, technical feasibility, accessibility, regulatory, and business requirements.
• Collaborate with Art, Copy, Experience Architecture, Development, and other designers.
• Mentor fellow Experience Designers through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in digital, motion, animation, or interactive design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Figma, including variables and design tokens.
• Experience with design systems, responsive and modular frameworks, and timeline-based motion design or animation software.
• Experience designing websites or IVAs in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.
• Basic understanding of HTML for media banner production and strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Experience optimizing creative for performance marketing objectives.
• Experience governing design systems.
