Inside Sales Associate

What you will do

• Respond to phone, email, and web-based customer and representative inquiries about technical data, support, pricing, delivery, and applications.
• Prepare clear quotations for current and prospective customers, representatives, and regional or industry sales teams.
• Follow up on open quotes, sales leads, and new product information by phone.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, prospects, outside sales, and representatives to generate new business.
• Investigate customer complaints, develop solutions, and recommend resolutions to management.
• Provide backup phone and email support to the Inside Sales team and ensure responsive issue resolution.

Requirements

• Two-year degree, preferably in a technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Mason, Ohio.
