Customer Experience Associate

Location: Fresno, California, USA — full-time onsite position

Salary: USD 24–27 per hour

What you will do

• Provide administrative support to the Customer Experience and California Commercial teams.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Process customer orders and support shipping, receiving, returns, rebates, and reverse logistics.
• Manage customer care, logistics, and returns inboxes while ensuring timely responses.
• Coordinate with the third-party logistics partner on inventory, warehouse operations, invoice reconciliation, and product movement.
• Maintain customer data in HubSpot CRM and support distributor relationships and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or an administrative office environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment and work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in the Fresno, California office.

Nice to have

• Experience in the agriculture industry.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
