Service Tech 1

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States; full-time field service work at customer facilities.

What you will do

• Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors.
• Work independently or in small teams in a field service environment.
• Serve as a primary customer contact and provide technical support.
• Act as a technical resource for customers and the sales force.

Requirements

• Experience with welding and mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently in a field environment and provide good customer service.
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Clean driving record and ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and DOT physical.

• Prior experience repairing or installing industrial equipment.
