Equipment Technical II - Day (Medical Devices)

Base pay: $30.00–$41.00 per hour

What you will do

• Set up, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and validate manufacturing and test equipment.
• Perform preventive, on-demand, and non-standard maintenance while documenting work according to quality system procedures.
• Install equipment and complete IQ/OQ validation activities.
• Manage spare parts inventory, equipment and fixture procurement, and equipment assembly according to documented prints.
• Help resolve manufacturing equipment problems and suggest improvements to throughput, yield, ergonomics, and maintenance documentation.
• Support manufacturing line moves and equipment relocations, assist other technicians, and train junior equipment technicians.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus 3+ years of experience in a medical device or manufacturing environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to build, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment according to GMP guidelines.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Roseville, California.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance, climb ladders up to 12 feet, and work across buildings, floors, offices, laboratories, and cleanrooms.
