Senior Merchant Growth Executive, SMB

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of SMB merchant partner accounts.
• Sell by phone through outbound calls and grow account revenue.
• Provide operational support and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Monitor account performance metrics and resolve issues with suitable company offers.
• Meet daily productivity targets for calls and sales.
• Maintain accurate documentation, partner approvals, and system processing.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in client or account management.
• Comfortable making outbound calls through digital communication tools for extended periods.
• Effective English communication is required.
• Data-sensitive, sales-minded, target-oriented, resilient, and adaptable.
• Comfortable using online business tools such as Google applications.
• Strong communication, consultative-selling, relationship-building, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Ability to speak, read, and write in multiple languages.
• Experience with Salesforce.
