What you will do

• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Manage and fulfill individual sales activities and pipeline.
• Drive shipper acquisition and shipper growth.
• Ensure shipper retention rates.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent knowledge in eCommerce/international logistics and/or parcels.
• Hands-on knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce) & Business Intelligence systems.
• Strong analytical capability for market mapping.
• Must be based on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia.
