Graduate, Client Representative, Client Services Investment Operations

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for custody-related client queries and own their resolution.
• Maintain and enhance client service through proactive communication, service reviews, and relationship management.
• Monitor client data, standing instructions, cash and stock exceptions, and daily funding requirements.
• Authorize foreign exchange and cash payment transactions and resolve ASL situations.
• Identify service-delivery root causes and manage related process or project initiatives.
• Coordinate sub-account openings and support transition activities while ensuring compliance with risk policies.

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to facilitate discussions, review complex issues, and reach decisions.
• Ability to plan and prioritize daily workload while meeting multiple client deadlines.
• Mature approach to working under pressure and strong understanding of role-related risks.
• Must have the right to work in Ireland at the time of application and throughout employment.
