Admissions Associate-Advisor Trainee (Financial Markets)

What you will do

• Monitor mailboxes and allocate debt and fund document submissions and listing applications to team members.
• Handle and assign queries from the public, listing agents, and internal departments.
• Review applications for the admission of debt securities to listing and trading on hirify.global markets.
• Liaise with listing agents, legal firms, service providers, and international financial firms on listing application issues.
• Liaise with the Central Bank on regulatory matters related to listings and prospectuses.
• Provide customer-focused administrative support and maintain a positive client experience.

Requirements

• Customer-centric approach with the ability to put clients first.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proven query management, communication, and business writing skills.
• Work location: Dublin, Ireland.

Nice to have

• Experience or a qualification in law, business, finance, or a related area.
