Admissions Associate-Advisor Trainee (Listing Admission)

What you will do

• Monitor mailboxes and allocate debt and funds document submissions and listing applications to team members.
• Handle and allocate queries from the public, listing agents, and internal departments.
• Review applications from companies seeking admission of debt securities to listing and trading on hirify.global markets.
• Liaise with listing agents, legal firms, service providers, and international financial firms regarding listing applications.
• Liaise with the Central Bank on regulatory matters related to listings and prospectuses.
• Perform other administrative work as required while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Customer-centric approach with the ability to put clients first.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proven query management, communication, and business writing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience or a qualification in law, business, finance, or a related area.
• Knowledge or experience of financial products and securities markets.
