GCM Operations Analyst (Treasury)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; primarily office-based. Occasional flexibility to support US Market hours may be required.

What you will do

• Manage daily trade blotter activity for GCM products and monitor trade matching, payment execution, settlement, failing trades, and transaction reconciliation.
• Manage daily cash activity for GCM accounts, including cash pool balances and currency rebalancing.
• Review and report reconciliation breaks related to GCM activity and investigate issues through to resolution.
• Partner with the Kyriba Business Enablement team on payments, access profiles, configurations, and reporting.
• Maintain relationships with global banking partners and provide advisory support on GCM products.
• Maintain procedures and Standard Operating Procedures and ensure Treasury risk, audit, SOX, and ORM requirements are met.

Requirements

• Experience in Treasury or Cash Management and knowledge of the trade lifecycle for financial instruments.
• Knowledge of FX, derivatives, repo, stock repurchases, and margin settlement.
• Experience with Treasury Management and electronic banking systems; Kyriba experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, written, verbal, prioritization, troubleshooting, and independent working skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English is required. A BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field is preferred.
