What you will do

• Lead a team of full-cycle consultative luxury sales consultants.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve sales and revenue targets, including upselling.
• Manage performance and service quality to support customer satisfaction.
• Maintain communication with clients, team members, stakeholders, partners, and third-party providers.
• Develop sales strategies based on data reports, analysis, and operational observations.
• Identify training needs and ensure process compliance and adherence.

Requirements

• 2+ years of consultative sales leadership experience in travel, ideally with luxury or high-ticket clients.
• Experience coaching and developing teams to close complex sales and exceed revenue targets.
• Strong travel passion and destination knowledge.
• Polished communication, emotional intelligence, and active listening skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer journeys.
• Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, cruises, or airlines.
• GDS experience, including Sabre or Amadeus.
