Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst III (Corporate FP&A): Leading enterprise-level forecasting, reporting, and scenario modeling for a manufacturing organization with an accent on financial analysis, business partnership, and reporting automation. Focus on consolidating forecasts, building sensitivity models, improving data quality, and translating financial results into actionable insights for senior leadership.
Location: Hybrid, with three days onsite each week in Mequon, Wisconsin, United States

What you will do
- Lead the consolidation and analysis of monthly and quarterly forecasts.
- Develop financial models for scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
- Provide insights to senior leadership by connecting financial results with operational drivers.
- Partner with Corporate and Business Unit Finance teams to align forecasting methods.
- Standardize enterprise management reporting and improve data quality, efficiency, and reporting automation.
- Mentor junior analysts and share FP&A best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least three years of progressive FP&A or finance experience.
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional business partnership skills.
- Experience with ERP, EPM, or BI tools such as Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Nice to have
- Five or more years of FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic analysis experience.
- MBA, CPA, or CMA.
- Manufacturing industry experience.
- Experience with scenario modeling, ROI/IRR analysis, capital planning, automation, or data visualization.
