Financial Analyst (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support operations and management with financial analysis, scenario planning, KPI reviews, and variance analysis.
• Measure cost-saving programs and analyze financial drivers to provide actionable commentary.
• Prepare monthly reports, management presentations, and leadership analysis.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting improvements, executive presentations, and product re-costing.
• Review ROI for capital investments and support capital planning and spend analysis.
• Develop financial models and business cases for process optimization, new product development, M&A, capacity planning, and other strategic projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 3+ years of related business experience.
• Expert knowledge of Excel, strong PowerPoint and presentation skills, and experience with financial systems.
• Exposure to CPM tools such as OneStream or HFM and BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Understanding of database structures, including CRM, data warehouse, and ERP systems.
• Ability to work with operations management, manage high workloads, prioritize effectively, and meet tight timelines.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer-sponsored immigration support.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA designation.
• Financial analysis experience in a manufacturing environment.
