Business Intelligence Lead

Location: Bethlehem, United States; onsite full-time role

Salary: $110,350–$181,285 per year, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead the design and end-to-end delivery of scalable BI solutions, reports, dashboards, and visualizations for Group Insurance.
• Partner with Technology, Enterprise Data, Enterprise Analytics, and business stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize BI initiatives.
• Develop data solutions using standard data structures, data lake and source-system data, SQL, Tableau, and related reporting tools.
• Drive data enablement, standardization, accessibility, and self-service capabilities for business users.
• Support product health monitoring and develop insights that improve business performance and growth.
• Lead and mentor BI associates, manage complex workstreams, and oversee planning, design, development, testing, delivery, and user training.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data management and business intelligence, including team leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced experience with data modeling, relational databases, data enablement, reporting, SQL, Tableau, and data visualization technologies.
• Experience in the insurance industry, preferably Group Insurance.
• Experience managing complex projects, multiple timelines, staff in a virtual environment, and cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship; Guardian does not currently or foreseeably sponsor employment visas.
