Manager, Business Analytics & Data Enablement (AI/ML)

Location: St. Paul, Minnesota, with a required hybrid on-site schedule. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $128,000–$176,000 base salary per year, plus eligibility for discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead the analytics, reporting, data warehouse, and data strategy roadmap for the Respiratory Health business.
• Develop KPI frameworks, performance reporting, and actionable insights to support data-driven decisions.
• Translate business and system requirements into scalable analytics, reporting, and technology solutions.
• Establish data governance, quality, validation, and maintenance practices for trusted enterprise data.
• Drive advanced analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging technology initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Business Intelligence & Data Enablement team while partnering with Operations, Finance, Reimbursement, Patient Services, and IT.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 6+ years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, reporting systems, data warehousing, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading analytics, reporting, or business systems teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong business acumen, project management, stakeholder influence, and ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Advanced expertise in SQL, query optimization, stored procedures, relational and dimensional data modeling, and cloud data platforms.
• Experience designing scalable, maintainable enterprise data solutions aligned with data governance standards.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, reimbursement, revenue cycle, or other regulated environments.
