Manager, Business Analytics & Data Enablement (Healthcare)

Location: St. Paul, Minnesota, United States; hybrid schedule with a required minimum number of onsite days per week.

Salary: $128,000–$176,000 base salary annually, plus eligibility for discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead the analytics, reporting, data warehouse, and data strategy roadmap for the Respiratory Health business.
• Develop KPI frameworks, performance reporting, actionable insights, and scalable data solutions.
• Translate business and system requirements into solution design, testing, implementation, and adoption plans.
• Establish data governance, data quality, validation, and maintenance practices for enterprise reporting and analytics.
• Drive advanced analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging technology initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Business Intelligence & Data Enablement team while partnering with Operations, Finance, Reimbursement, Patient Services, and IT.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 6+ years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, reporting systems, data warehousing, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading analytics, reporting, or business systems teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong business acumen, stakeholder influence, project management, and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Expertise in SQL, complex queries, stored procedures, relational and dimensional data modeling, query optimization, and large-scale enterprise data environments.

• Experience supporting healthcare, reimbursement, revenue cycle, or other regulated environments.
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms and advanced analytics.
