Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation Engineer

Location: Nubariah, Beheira Governorate, Egypt; onsite, full-time

hirify.global Egypt produces and packages baking yeast, yeast derivatives, and yeast extracts for food products, animal feed, bread-making, flavorings, colors, and enzymes.

What you will do

• Supervise automation engineers and electrical technicians during repairs, improvements, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
• Review inspection reports and work orders, classify maintenance activities, and prepare corrective and preventive work plans.
• Schedule and follow up preventive maintenance, equipment servicing, service visits, and electrical spare-parts availability.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns, troubleshoot faults, arrange replacements, and prepare major-intervention and power-consumption reports.
• Supervise electrical, instrumentation, and automation investments, installations, and commissioning of new or replaced equipment.
• Participate in technical meetings and provide technical support during FAT, SAT, and commissioning phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power Engineering.
• Four to five years of technical experience in electrical maintenance within the industrial sector.
• Deep understanding of electrical power systems and control systems.
• Knowledge of MV switchgear, MV protection, VSDs, servo drives, electrical maintenance operations, and local safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, troubleshooting, and prioritization skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft software; SAP knowledge is an advantage.

• FMCG experience.
• Experience in a multinational company.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
