Tech Center Planning Sr. Specialist (Data Center Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end core network and transmission solution design and delivery for technology center infrastructure projects.
• Manage project implementation from infrastructure deployment through handover to system administration and operations.
• Prepare technical proposals, HLD and LLD solution design documents, and contribute to overall technology strategy.
• Coordinate with architecture, capacity planning, administration, technology, and business teams to align delivery schedules and requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship on complex integration, deployment, and infrastructure issues.
• Apply network engineering health and safety practices and coordinate team delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electric Power and Machines Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, preferably in data center infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of technology center design standards, including CDCS, TIA-942, and Uptime.
• Experience with energy management and energy-saving standards, including EUREM and CEM.
• Experience delivering end-to-end data center infrastructure designs and high- and low-level integration solutions.
• Project delivery experience and advanced knowledge of programming and automation languages, including C++ and Python.

Nice to have

• OSHA certification.
• Experience with core network technologies and product roadmaps.
• Experience with energy management systems.
