Field Service Engineer L1

Location: Hurghada, Red Sea Governorate, Egypt; the qualifications section states that the role is based in Alexandria, Egypt. Field work at customer sites and travel are required.

What you will do

• Install, service, repair, and maintain Trace and X-ray equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot electronic and mechanical issues using complex schematics and technical support resources.
• Meet daily service and repair needs while supporting customer satisfaction.
• Provide customer training and follow up on high-visibility projects.
• Document inspections, maintenance, and repairs, and prepare formal customer reports.
• Assess equipment performance and recommend modifications or improvements.

Requirements

• Associate degree or Trade Certification Level 3 Engineering qualification.
• Experience in a related electrical or mechanical field service role.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing equipment in the field.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow complex technical schematics.
• Willingness to travel and work outside normal business hours when required.
