Electrical Engineer (Real Estate)

What you will do

• Develop and design electrical systems for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Coordinate electrical plans with architects, project managers, and construction teams.
• Conduct site inspections and testing to verify installation integrity and safety compliance.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and electrical system specifications.
• Manage electrical equipment procurement and installation for cost-effective, timely delivery.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and CAD applications.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
