Mechanical Site Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Plan, supervise, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for factory machinery and equipment.
• Monitor production line performance and improve equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and plant productivity.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures, perform root cause analysis, and resolve equipment breakdowns.
• Develop maintenance schedules, monitor spare parts, and optimize maintenance costs.
• Coordinate maintenance teams and ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of maintenance activities.
• Prepare maintenance reports, analyze equipment performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in concrete products manufacturing or a similar industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems, industrial machinery, rotating equipment, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical failures and conducting root cause analysis.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation, with strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
