What you will do

• Represent a client portfolio to finance and agency leadership, reporting on performance, risks, and key initiatives.
• Coordinate working processes across Media, Media Finance, Accounts Payable, and Client Finance.
• Build client trust through audit compliance, prompt billing reconciliation, and accurate campaign financial documentation.
• Manage media team deadlines and provide structure for junior-level employees.
• Lead departmental initiatives involving planning tools, procurement systems, and process documentation.
• Mentor direct reports through performance evaluations, career guidance, motivation, and training.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree and 6–8 years of experience in online media planning, buying, operations, or finance at a creative agency.
• Previous management experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of online media planning, ad-serving tools, media billing reconciliation, negotiation, implementation, and performance analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, multitasking, time-management, and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Expertise with MediaOcean, specifically Prisma and MBOX.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, or Midjourney.
