Program Manager, Critical Operations (Data Center Infrastructure)

Location: Santa Teresa, New Mexico; hybrid onsite expectations

Compensation: $109,000–$121,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee regional capital projects covering electrical, mechanical, fire detection, building automation, controls, and architectural systems.
• Build project plans covering budgets, schedules, timelines, execution, controls, and closeout.
• Coordinate vendors, RFPs, project scope, costs, documentation, and contract financials.
• Provide project updates and represent STACK in project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop procedures that meet change management standards and deploy solutions that minimize disruption to daily data center operations.
• Identify operational improvements and design, develop, and deploy solutions with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Strong written, verbal, customer, and internal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, work independently, self-motivate, and follow through.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 70E, NFPA 72, NFPA 25, fire life safety compliance, and applicable building codes.
• Experience with data center trending and analysis and the ability to learn PC-based site monitoring systems quickly.
• Ability to coordinate, supervise, and communicate with data center maintenance contractors.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass comprehensive background and drug screening.
