Program Manager (Aerospace And Defense)

Location: Remote within the United States; the posting also lists Santa Ana, California. US citizenship or permanent residency is required for access to ITAR products and related technical data.

Salary: $93,920–$156,533 per year, with an annual or quarterly company bonus potentially applicable.

What you will do

• Coordinate projects and programs for the Aerospace and Defense Interconnect Solutions business unit.
• Align cross-functional activities with strategic objectives and monitor progress, issues, and escalations.
• Maintain project records, status reports, meeting notes, deliverables, and progress summaries.
• Develop schedules and milestone plans while monitoring deadlines and delivery performance.
• Track project and part margins, support stakeholder communication, and help resolve complaints.
• Ensure program activities meet contract and regulatory requirements and support proposals for new funding or resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field, or at least two years of experience in A&D manufacturing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Visio and office productivity suites.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% to customer and TTM Aerospace and Defense sites.
• Must comply with TTM export control policies and applicable ITAR, EAR, and OFAC requirements; relevant ITAR access is limited to US citizens and US permanent residents.
