What you will do

• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment and CNC-based machinery.
• Support FANUC robotics cells, including safety circuits and end-of-arm tooling.
• Install and maintain motors, VFDs, servos, encoders, and facility power distribution systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and technical machine documentation.
• Ensure all electrical installations and repairs comply with NEC, NFPA 70E, and OSHA codes.
• Execute preventative maintenance programs and emergency repairs to maximize production uptime.

Requirements

• Valid Journeyman license (state-recognized; Wisconsin preferred).
• 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing electrical experience.
• Hands-on experience with electrical systems ranging from low voltage up to 600 volts.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting power and control systems for PLC-controlled equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Germantown, WI.

Nice to have

• Master Electrician license.
• 10+ years of industrial electrical experience.
• Previous experience programming FANUC robots.
• Deep working knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and OSHA standards.
