What you will do

• Define and execute multi-year technology roadmaps for Corporate Actions, Class Actions, and Securities Lending platforms.
• Lead modernization from legacy systems to cloud-native, API-first, service-oriented, and event-driven architectures.
• Establish engineering and architecture standards for scalability, resiliency, security, observability, and operational excellence.
• Lead delivery of enterprise applications, advisor-facing solutions, APIs, cloud platforms, and strategic integrations.
• Champion AI-assisted software development across design, coding, testing, documentation, automation, and production support.
• Provide leadership, coaching, talent development, succession planning, and organizational growth across distributed engineering teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of software engineering experience with progressive leadership responsibility in enterprise technology organizations.
• Experience leading large-scale modernization, digital transformation, and enterprise technology delivery programs.
• Expertise in cloud technologies, distributed systems, APIs, microservices architecture, DevSecOps, and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience leading large engineering organizations, cross-functional teams, strategic initiatives, and vendor partnerships.
• Ability to communicate technology strategy, delivery plans, and business outcomes to executive and senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Corporate Actions, Class Actions, Securities Lending, Wealth Management, Brokerage Operations, Banking, or Capital Markets platforms.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled engineering practices, generative AI solutions, or agentic development frameworks.
• Expertise with .NET/C#, Angular, AWS, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design.
• Familiarity with DORA metrics and large-scale DevSecOps implementation.
