Team Leader II - Facilities (Manufacturing)

Location: New Bedford, Massachusetts, United States of America; onsite, full time

Salary: $83,849–$104,550 per year

What you will do

• Ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of plant steam, hydraulic, compressed air, electrical, HVAC, and water systems.
• Lead and develop facilities associates through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Oversee building and grounds maintenance and manage system performance in support of production needs.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and capital projects to minimize downtime.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to maintain regulatory and safety compliance.
• Support emergency preparedness, response initiatives, and continuous improvement of facility operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• 2nd Class Stationary Engineer license required.
