What you will do

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and process systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues with pumps, piping, air handlers, boilers, and chillers.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Collaborate on the design and enhancement of mechanical systems to optimize reliability.
• Provide technical input for design documentation and prototype fabrication.
• Identify system inefficiencies and implement innovative continuous improvement solutions.

Requirements

• Associate degree or Trade Certification in HVAC, Mechanical, or a related STEM field.
• 6+ years of experience in mechanical systems, HVAC, or facilities maintenance.
• Proven experience troubleshooting industrial mechanical systems and large commercial facilities.
• Ability to work Shift 5 (Sun-Tues and alternating Wednesday).

Nice to have

• Experience with VOC, scrubber, and exhaust system maintenance.
• Proficiency with Maximo and Building Management Systems (BMS).
• EPA 608 Universal Certification.
