Sr Manager, Process Engineering

Location: Farmers Branch, TX; full-time day shift position at a large-scale manufacturing operation.

What you will do

• Lead the Process Engineering organization across fab processes, probe assembly, SMT operations, and new product introduction.
• Define process technology roadmaps and establish performance metrics for yield, capability, cycle time, OEE, and defectivity.
• Oversee thin-film deposition, lithography, etch, metallization, planarization, cleaning, metrology, and process control.
• Own probe stitching, laser cutting, alignment, mechanical integration, and vertical probe card assembly processes.
• Drive root-cause analysis, structured problem solving, automation, SPC dashboards, MES adoption, and digital manufacturing systems.
• Partner with R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to industrialize new technologies, qualify materials and equipment, and meet customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Chemical, or related Engineering; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 10+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 8 years with a Master’s degree, or 5 years with a PhD.
• Proven experience leading engineering or technical teams and developing talent through coaching, training, and succession planning.
• Deep expertise in process engineering, statistical analysis, advanced problem solving, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, probe card manufacturing, advanced packaging, MEMS, or another high-precision industry.
• Familiarity with SMT, micro-joining, precision alignment, optical metrology, reliability testing, factory automation, MES systems, and digital twins.
