Online SME Multi-Line Underwriter (Insurance)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; primarily office-based

What you will do

• Underwrite new business, mid-term adjustments, referrals, and renewals generated through the online platform.
• Support the testing and deployment of new insurance products.
• Manage and maintain systems supporting the servicing of new and existing books of business.
• Liaise with partners to maintain high service standards.
• Build sustainable broker relationships through daily email and phone communication based on service, trust, and integrity.

Requirements

• Previous online and open-market SME underwriting experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy team and meet strict compliance and renewal deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 10 applications.
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external customer relationships.
• Progress toward the Minimum Competency Requirements set by the Financial Regulator.
• Ability to work primarily from the Dublin office.
