AML/KYC Risk Management and Outsourcing Specialist

Location: Limerick, Ireland. Full-time, onsite role. Applicants must already have the right to work in Ireland. Employment permit sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Support identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of AML/KYC risks across the Center of Excellence.
• Track control deficiencies, audit findings, regulatory actions, risk issues, remediation plans, and escalations.
• Prepare governance reports, risk metrics, key risk indicators, and management information.
• Support regulatory examinations, internal audits, compliance reviews, and external assessments.
• Monitor outsourced AML/KYC services, including service performance, due diligence, risk assessments, and governance reviews.
• Coordinate with Business Units, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, and outsourcing governance teams to improve control effectiveness.

Requirements

• University degree and/or relevant professional experience.
• Experience in AML/KYC, financial crime, operational risk, governance, compliance, or a related financial services discipline.
• Knowledge of risk management, governance frameworks, and regulatory expectations in a regulated financial institution.
• Experience supporting audits, risk assessments, issue management programs, or governance activities.
• Strong analytical, reporting, organizational, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Right to work in Ireland at the time of application and throughout employment; no employment permit sponsorship is available.
