Senior Consultant, AML TA

Location: Dublin, Ireland; applicants must have the right to work in Ireland at the time of application and throughout employment.

What you will do

• Oversee the timely and accurate completion of Investor AML support workloads, including transaction monitoring, screening alerts, documentation reviews, and investor transitions.
• Lead reviews of investor documentation in line with AML processes and procedures.
• Identify outstanding due diligence documentation, escalate material issues, and resolve partner queries professionally.
• Handle complex problems and critical issues escalated from Investor AML support teams in Bangalore and Pune and from colleagues in Ireland.
• Own delivery of support services for Ireland and UK Investor AML processes and provide accurate operational updates.
• Maintain strong relationships and help ensure audit, risk, and compliance standards across support teams.

Requirements

• Knowledge of day-to-day Investor AML processes, procedures, funds administration, and the global Investor AML regulatory environment.
• Previous experience in an Investor AML servicing role.
• Strong organisational, communication, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in audit, operational control, risk, accounting, financial services, or capital markets.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications relevant to the role.
• Flexibility to work shifts and extended working hours.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree with an accounting focus, CA or ICWA Inter/Master degree, IAQ, IOC, or equivalent qualification.
