What you will do

• Lead and coordinate the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process across various business units.
• Contribute to the update of local risk and control registers, risk policies, and risk appetite monitoring.
• Manage the collection of internal loss data and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to analyze trends.
• Recommend and implement improvements to the operational risk framework and GRC data collection tools.
• Perform risk partnering and oversight in collaboration with Branch Senior Management.
• Serve as a technical resource for the workgroup and business owners regarding risk taxonomy and control standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Actuarial Science, or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in Risk Management within the insurance or reinsurance market.
• Strong understanding of Solvency II, MAS, CBI, BMA or equivalent risk management regulations.
• Proficiency in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools.
• Experience with European, Bermudan, or Singaporean regulated entities is preferred.

Nice to have

• Professional designations such as CERA, IRM, PRM, or FRM.
• Experience with senior management or regulator interaction.
