Location: Dallas, Texas; must currently reside in Texas. Although the role is described as remote, regular presence at the employee site during scheduled business hours is required. Travel for training, team meetings, and other work may be required, up to 20%.

What you will do
- Lead requirements workshops with clinicians, operations, revenue cycle teams, and vendors.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, BRDs, use cases, and related artifacts.
- Develop process maps, future-state workflows, visual models, and structured deliverables.
- Coordinate with vendors and validate solutions against documented requirements and real-world healthcare workflows.
- Support change management, communications, training materials, KPI tracking, and outcome measurement.
- Track project progress, issues, and risks while supporting the Business Architect and maintaining reusable transformation frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, Information Systems, Healthcare Management, or a related field; equivalent combinations of education and experience are accepted.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare, digital health, or technology transformation, or equivalent healthcare leadership experience.
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, cross-functional collaboration, vendor coordination, and solution validation.
- Familiarity with change management, training support, and KPI or outcome measurement.
- Proficiency with requirements management and process mapping tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Visio, or Miro.
- Must currently reside in Texas and be able to work at the employee site during regularly scheduled business hours.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree such as a Master’s in Health Administration or MBA.
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma, or HIMSS certification.
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, revenue cycle processes, HIPAA, GDPR, or CMS.
- Awareness of healthcare trends, emerging technologies, and digital transformation strategies.
