What you will do

• Support the development, implementation, and ongoing support of a clinical research data environment.
• Engage stakeholders and vendors to deliver solutions aligned with business plans.
• Lead requirements management, including new demands and operational escalations.
• Develop business cases, proposals, presentations, and documentation for programs and projects.
• Lead business education, IT change management, and communication activities across assigned departments.
• Guide teams in resolving business, system, process, and service capability issues while assisting with project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a comparable client-facing IT role.
• Experience with structured Software Development Lifecycle methodologies.
• Experience leading discussions and documenting business or technical requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical or system requirements.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, root-cause analysis, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, biotech, clinical research, or other moderately complex business environments.
• Experience working with mid- to senior-level business leaders.
