Business Systems Analyst 3 - IT Health Operational Support (Healthcare)

Location: Durant, Oklahoma, United States; 60/40 onsite/remote. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

What you will do

• Gather and establish project requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, process descriptions, use cases, and workflow analysis.
• Prepare requirements specifications, user interface guides, process and workflow diagrams, and functional and technical documentation.
• Conduct needs analysis, organizational readiness assessments, and impact analysis to identify efficiency opportunities across programs, processes, and systems.
• Develop sustainable business processes and advise stakeholders on industry-standard practices aligned with long-term objectives.
• Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders on business cases, project scope, acceptance criteria, and user testing plans.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on urgent and strategic projects, facilitate meetings, and mentor business systems analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field, or four years of related work experience.
• Six years of relevant experience, including four years providing technical support, implementing technical solutions, improving processes, or performing related functions.
• Knowledge of an end-user domain such as health, government, commerce, gaming, finance, legal, or human resources.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products and software such as Visio for creating process maps.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, time-management, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Willingness and ability to train and mentor junior-level associates.

Nice to have

• Interest in obtaining ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMI-PMP certification.
