Billing Business Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Oak Brook Office; remote work is available. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Salary: $70,000–$120,000 per year, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Build customer relationships and conduct needs assessments to identify EHR and billing requirements.
• Map customer billing workflows to the application and recommend best-practice solutions.
• Collaborate with customers and internal staff on environment updates and application requirements.
• Test application environments, new build designs, and related quality standards.
• Develop and revise application design, testing, and quality procedures.
• Create training materials and conduct training sessions for new users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Experience in the behavioral healthcare industry, specifically in a billing environment.
• Knowledge of customer and personal service principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, judgment, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize work, maintain attention to detail, and travel up to 30%.
