Senior Epic Business Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid with 2–3 days onsite per week

Salary: $91,900–$119,500 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for an assigned Epic application and translate business needs into scalable workflows and solutions.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting, implementations, upgrades, and continuous application optimization.
• Submit and resolve issues, assess impacts across business areas, and implement approved solutions.
• Develop and manage project plans for applications, upgrades, enhancements, and cross-functional projects.
• Plan and conduct user acceptance testing for complex functionality, upgrades, and fixes.
• Guide and train Associate and Business Analysts and support credentialed training activities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including revenue cycle experience with healthcare finance systems.
• Detailed knowledge of the supported business unit and related workflows.
• Experience developing and integrating business processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, written, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Visio.
• Epic certification is preferred or must be obtained according to program requirements.
