Equipment Specialist (Dental Equipment Sales)

What you will do

• Generate profitable sales of dental equipment across multiple product categories.
• Build relationships with doctors and practice staff, acquire new accounts, and coordinate referrals and sales events.
• Plan sales visits, develop account strategies, analyze customer needs, and identify equipment and technology opportunities.
• Demonstrate solutions, explain product benefits and financial value, and create facility plans using computer software.
• Manage new and remodeled dental office projects, including schedules, blueprints, designers, subcontractors, and inspections.
• Provide post-sale support, product demonstrations, customer consultations, and timely problem resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of business-to-business outside sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
• At least 3 years of dental industry experience preferred.
• Strong initiative with customer service, planning, and organizational skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities.
• General computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license required.
