CAD/CAM Specialist (Dental)

Location: Field-based/hybrid role in SW Ohio, covering Dayton and Cincinnati

What you will do

• Initiate, prospect, pursue, and close CAD/CAM equipment and technology sales within a defined territory.
• Consult with doctors and practice staff about digital impression scanners, software, milling units, 3D printers, and related services.
• Build relationships with dental practices, generate referrals, and execute cold-call strategies to acquire new accounts.
• Plan and coordinate technical demonstrations, trainings, marketing activities, and co-travels.
• Analyze customer businesses, identify selling opportunities, and develop client-specific sales strategies.
• Demonstrate solutions, explain their benefits, and communicate financial value including return on investment and tax advantages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of business-to-business outside sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong initiative with customer service, planning, organization, interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• General computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift approximately 50–100 pounds.
• Ability to work in a field-based/hybrid role across SW Ohio, including Dayton and Cincinnati.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of dental industry experience.
• Basic mechanical knowledge.
• Previous success attaining and exceeding sales goals.
