What you will do

• Deliver mechanical engineering designs and detailed drawings for building services projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and design professionals, instruct technicians, and support project staff.
• Prepare reports, tender packages, and concept presentations for clients.
• Monitor project quality and progress, support budget preparation, and develop cost-effective design solutions.
• Represent the organization on projects and maintain effective communication with clients and project stakeholders.
• Continue professional development and work toward CIBSE chartership.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant project experience.
• Technical competence and a collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Revit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for sustainable, low-energy design.

Nice to have

• Working toward Chartered Engineer status.
• Experience with IES or similar software.
• Knowledge of BREEAM, WELL, LEED, or NABERS environmental assessment methods.
