What you will do

• Supervise projects to ensure commitments related to time, quality, and communication are met.
• Work directly with clients to establish project schedules and determine specific needs.
• Collaborate with management on manpower projections and scheduling of work.
• Mentor and train mechanical engineering staff in the execution of specific projects.
• Visit construction sites to monitor progress per contract documents.
• Take full responsibility for the total mechanical systems design for assigned projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4+ years of design/engineering consulting experience.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Brookhaven, MS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred.

Nice to have

• Detailed understanding and experience with Revit.
